Adidas started with a progression of basketball sneakers in 1995 that has culminated into their most impressive basketball shoe till date in the TS Supernatural Creator. The Adidas TS Supernatural Creator is made to fit snugly and comfortably around the feet. Its midsole wrap tightly around the foot and put a stop to any loose movement in that area. A set of angle pads that are strategically placed to come around and behind the ankle bone ensures a no-slip fit especially when the strap and shroud are tightened. Thus, when laced relatively loose, these sneakers still wrap around the foot snugly and ensure effective mobility on the court.

Traction in the TS Supernatural Creator is enhanced by the introduction of clear Rubber pads that employ the wave-bone pattern. These pads may not last a long time though if used outdoors on a constant basis as the threads are quite shallow. The pads are made to bend and flex and they bounce your foot back into place due to the solid traction and torsion structure which improves the cushioning effect. Ventilation on these sneakers is not the best though and the shroud cuts out air from penetrating them. These sneakers live up to their name and you will not play basketball in anything else once you get them.

Nike - Air Pippen 1

The Nike Air Pippen 1 is one of the newest basketball sneakers from one of the world’s leading sports brand. The shoes are named after the basketball Los Angeles Lakers star, Scottie Pippen. Scottie Pippen’s Nike series of basketball sneakers have been on the market for quite a long time now and Nike just retroed the newest in the series which is the Air Pippen one.

Nike Air Pippen One

The Nike Air Pippen 1 comes in a synthetic upper leather material, support Phylon midsole with a 360 Air unit and protection rubber outsole. It is very comfortable on the feet and its support Phylon midsole helps in lightweight cushioning while the protection rubber outsole ensures for optimal traction and durability. The Pippen 1 originally came in colourways such as the Chicago Bulls colourway, but the new Nike Air Pippen 1 comes in a typical sunrise to sundown Air pip featuring colourways such as a mix of yellow, orange and red gradient waves.

The sunrise to sundown release will see the Air pip in a textured upper leather, orange toe swoosh, white midsole and black outsole. Also, a white/black/metallic silver Nike Air Pippen 1 Retro is billed to be released alongside the sunrise to sundown Air Pippen. The sunrise to sundown Nike Air Pippen 1 were released in April 2010 and other colourways of the Nike Air Pippen 1 Retro will be released subsequently in May and June 2010.
